Immunity Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup kale, spinach or Swiss chard
- ½ cup arugula
- 1 lemon peeled
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 inch piece of ginger peeled
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 green apple chopped
- ⅛ cup water
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Add water to thin out to the desired consistency if needed
