Immunity Green Smoothie


This green smoothie delivers a pack of minerals, vitamins, and immunity enhancers ginger and garlic. It is a great drink to add to your diet.

Immunity Green Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup kale, spinach or Swiss chard
  • ½ cup arugula
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 1 inch piece of ginger peeled
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • ⅛ cup water
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add water to thin out to the desired consistency if needed
