Seasoned Baked Arugula

Ingredients
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1 tbsp cold pressed or expeller pressed olive oil
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 3 garlic cloves
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Place the arugula in a oven safe dish
  3. Add the olive oil, pepper, rosemary, turmeric and garlic. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Watch it doesn't dry out.
