Seasoned Baked Arugula

Ingredients
- 4 cups arugula
- 1 tbsp cold pressed or expeller pressed olive oil
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 3 garlic cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Place the arugula in a oven safe dish
- Add the olive oil, pepper, rosemary, turmeric and garlic. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Watch it doesn't dry out.
