Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite veggies for the fall. I used to hate them growing up but it was all because they weren’t cooked in a way that was palatable. This recipe is actually from my sister Suzanne’s recipe files. Like me she health conscious and knows how to make yummy food without compromising your nutrition. She is a great cook and I would love to write recipe book with her one day.
