Coconut milk

Chia seeds

Raw cacao powder or cocoa powder

Peppermint essential oil

Raw honey
Instructions
Place the coconut milk in a medium saucepan on medium heat
Cook until it begins to boil and then mix in the chia seeds, cacao, honey, and pepermint oil until well blended
Let cool and serve
