Cacao Chia Pudding with Peppermint

A healthy treat with the yummy taste of chocolate from raw cacao mixed with coconut milk a dash of honey and peppermint oil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 3 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tbsp Raw honey

Instructions
 

  • Place the coconut milk in a medium saucepan on medium heat
  • Cook until it begins to boil and then mix in the chia seeds, cacao, honey, and pepermint oil until well blended
  • Let cool and serve
