Gluten free banana bread recipe

This is an easy no added sugar banana bread recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 12 Dried figs
  • 3 medium Eggs Used pasture raised eggs if possible
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Gluten free baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven for 400 degrees fahrenheit
  • Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and set aside
  • Mash bananas in a bowl and set aside

  • Take 12 figs and place in the food processor until mashed

  • In a large mixing bowl add almond flour, eggs and mix
  • Add bananas, carrots, figs, to the flour and mix until a thick consistency develops
  • Pour the mixture into the pan
  • Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or until golden brown
  • A toothpick should come off clean when placed inside the bread
