- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- Place garlic, cilantro, and pine nuts in a blender until it is the consistency of a thick paste
- In a skillet take the cooked spaghetti squash and add the pesto mixture and heat until warmed.
- Let cool 5 minutes and serve
