- 2 eggs
- 3-4 cups mixed greens (kale, arugula, spring mix)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Take all the ingredients and mix in a bowl
- Place in a baking dish and cook for 30-35 minutes
