This dressing is a light and refreshing addition to your summer salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon peeled and broken into pieces
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 inch Raw ginger peeled and cut into slivers
  • 2 tbsp Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor
  • Blend until liquid
  • Add to toss with your favorite salad
