Baked Spaghetti Squash
 
Ingredients
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Take a sharp knife and cut the squash in half
  3. Use an ice cream scoop to take out the seeds
  4. Place face down on a baking sheet
  5. Put in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until soft
  6. Let cool 20 minutes and scoop out the spaghetti portion from the peel
  7. Place in a bowl and season to taste with black ground pepper
