Mixed Greens & Egg
 
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 cups mixed greens (kale, arugula, spring mix)
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Take all the ingredients and mix in a bowl
  3. Place in a baking dish and cook for 30-35 minutes
