If you like spicy food then you will love this hot soup. Combining jalapeno peppers with broccoli and zucchini you will make these veggies taste great.

Jalepeno Lime Broccoli & Zucchini Soup
Jeanette Kimszal:
  • 3 Crowns Broccoli chopped into small pieces
  • 1 zucchini peeled and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped into small pieces
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  1. Take the broccoli and zucchini and place in a pot
  2. Add the water
  3. Saute until the veggies are soft
  4. Blend with an immersion blender until mushy and soup like
  5. Add the lime juice
  6. Add the jalapeño
  7. Add the chili powder and turmeric
  8. Cook for another 10 minutes
  9. Serve
