Chia seeds are an abundance of nutrition. They offer omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants to fight inflammation, minerals, are gluten free, and keep you full with their high fiber content.

- 3 Tbsp chia seeds (I like Nutiva Chia Seeds)
- 1 cup filtered water
- Take a bowl and add chia seeds then water
- Mix until a thick egg like consistency forms
