Ingredients
  • 1 cup grass fed organic yogurt or kefir
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dill weed
  • 3 garlic cloves diced
Instructions
  1. Take kefir and place in a bowl with a sealable lid
  2. Add the fresh garlic, dill, and garlic powder
  3. Mix well
  4. Place in fridge for 30 minutes
  5. Serve with your favorite veggies
