Garlic Asparagus with Baby Portobello Mushrooms & Cabbage
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 container of baby portobello mushrooms or another mushroom of your choice
  • 1 cup of red cabbage shredded
  • 3 gloves garlic diced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (I like Bragg Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  1. Put the oil in the pan and add the garlic and let saute for a minute.
  2. Add the asparagus, mushrooms, and cabbage to the pan.
  3. Cover and cook on medium stirring every few minutes.
  4. Cook until the asparagus is bright green, and the mushrooms, and cabbage are soft
