• 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 large carrot
  1. Wash the zucchini and carrots and pat dry with a dish cloth
  2. Peel the carrots and zucchini
  3. Take the zucchini and cut in half long ways, then into slices long ways, and finally cut in half
  4. Take the carrot and cut the same way
  5. Serve with your favorite dip or nut butter
