Beef Empadão (Portuguese Pot Pie)

Ingredients
  • 1 lb chopped grass fed beef
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice )
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahreheit
  2. In a large bowl mix the beef with the egg and spices
  3. Place the meat in a baking dish
  4. Top with greens
  5. Then top with cauliflower rice
  6. Repeat until filled to the top of the pan
  7. Cook for 45 minutes and serve
