Spinach Artichoke Dip with Cashew Cream

Serves: 4 cups
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cashews
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 12 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 15 oz can of plain artichoke hearts chopped or frozen thawed and chopped
  • Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
  1. Follow the cashew cream recipe then blend it with 4 cloves of garlic and parsley
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  3. Take a baking pan and place the spinach and artichokes
  4. Top with the cashew cream
  5. Bake for 25 minutes
  6. Let cool 10 minutes and transfer to a serving dish and stir the until well mixed
  7. Pinch of sea salt to taste
  8. Serve with your favorite veggies
