Mango Salsa
  • 1 mango peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper chopped
  1. In a medium bowl place the mango, onion, cilantro and the jalapeño pepper cover with lime juice and mix well.
  2. Place in a sealable container and refrigerate for 30 minutes or over night
  3. Serve with your raw veggies
