Chipotle Lime Green Bean Salad
Jeanette Kimszal:
  1. Add cabbage, beans, zucchini and avocado to a bowl with a sealable lid
  2. In a separate bowl mix the chipotle rub and apple cider vinegar then add to the salad.
  3. Seal the bowl and shake well
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or over night
  5. Serve
