Broccoli Mango Coleslaw
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli shredded
  • ½ mango pitted and pureed into a liquid
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (I like Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • 1 onion diced
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. Add the ingredients to a large sealable bowl, mix, well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight
  2. Serve
