Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (I like California olive ranch http://buff.ly/2pMLKvg)
  • 2 tsp steak seasoning
  • Steak Seasoning Directions
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp cumin
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Take the cauliflower and remove the leaves
  3. Cut into the center to divide it in half
  4. Then cut the halves into 2 pieces so they are steak like thickness about ¾"
  5. Lay the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and brush olive oil onto them
  6. Sprinkle the steak seasoning on top
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy
  8. Turn over and cook for another 20 minutes until crispy
  9. Cool and serve
