Lemon Ginger Broccoli
  • Crown of broccoli
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth (I like Pacific Organic Low-Sodium Chicken Broth)
  1. Chop the broccoli into small pieces and set aside
  2. Take a pan and add the chicken broth, garlic, ginger, and lemon zest, and juice
  3. Saute for three minutes
  4. Add the broccoli and cook until soft and bright green
  5. Let cool and serve
