Lemon Ginger Broccoli
- Crown of broccoli
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger peeled and chopped
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth (I like Pacific Organic Low-Sodium Chicken Broth)
- Chop the broccoli into small pieces and set aside
- Take a pan and add the chicken broth, garlic, ginger, and lemon zest, and juice
- Saute for three minutes
- Add the broccoli and cook until soft and bright green
- Let cool and serve
