Crustless Cashew Cream Pumpkin Pie
  1. In a large mixing bowl pour in the pumpkin puree
  2. Add the cashew cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mix well
  3. Place in the oven for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown
  4. It is fully cooked when a knife comes out clean
  5. Let cool 15 minutes and serve
