• 1 large head cauliflower, cut into large chunks
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (I like Bragg Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  1. Put the cauliflower chunks in a food processor until all of the cauliflower is finely shredded
  2. Take a large skillet, add olive oil and cook over medium heat
  3. Add the processed cauliflower and pepper
  4. Cover and cook until completely heated about 5 minutes
  5. Remove the lid and fluff with a fork and serve
