Curried Cauliflower
Jeanette Kimszal:
  • 1 head of cauliflower chopped into pieces
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Cold or Expeller Pressed Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 tsp Mustard seed
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  1. Pre-heat the oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Take the chopped cauliflower and place in a baking dish
  3. Dip a brush into a bowl of olive oil and brush the cauliflower Sprinkle the cauliflower with curry, mustard seed, garlic, then cumin, until fully covered
  4. Bake for 35 minutes until lightly crispy
  5. You can also cook these on the grill for 20 minutes until golden brown
  6. Let cool and serve
