Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower chopped into pieces
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Cold or Expeller Pressed Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tsp Mustard seed
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Take the chopped cauliflower and place in a baking dish
- Dip a brush into a bowl of olive oil and brush the cauliflower Sprinkle the cauliflower with curry, mustard seed, garlic, then cumin, until fully covered
- Bake for 35 minutes until lightly crispy
- You can also cook these on the grill for 20 minutes until golden brown
- Let cool and serve
