- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into large chunks
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (I like Bragg Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- Put the cauliflower chunks in a food processor until all of the cauliflower is finely shredded
- Take a large skillet, add olive oil and cook over medium heat
- Add the processed cauliflower and pepper
- Cover and cook until completely heated about 5 minutes
- Remove the lid and fluff with a fork and serve
