- Take coconut oil and place in a large skillet
- Add onion and sauté on medium heat for 2 minutes
- Add cauliflower rice, carrots, and green beans, dill, soy sauce, and paprika
- Cook for 5 minutes then add the two eggs to the pan and scramble with the mixture
- Cook until egg is solid and serve
