Cauliflower Fried Rice

  1. Take coconut oil and place in a large skillet
  2. Add onion and sauté on medium heat for 2 minutes
  3. Add cauliflower rice, carrots, and green beans, dill, soy sauce, and paprika
  4. Cook for 5 minutes then add the two eggs to the pan and scramble with the mixture
  5. Cook until egg is solid and serve
