Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Grass-fed lamb
  • 1 medium Egg
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots (about 3 large carrots)
  • 1 cup Shredded zucchini (about 2 medium zucchini)
  • 3 cloves Diced garlic
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 medium Yellow onion diced
  • 1 tsp Parsley fresh or dried
  • Parchment paper

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Take a mixing bowl and add lamb, egg, onion, carrots, zucchini, garlic, basil, parsley, pepper, and chia seeds
  • Mix together well
  • Take an ice cream scoop and scoop out the meat
  • Roll into a ball and place on the baking sheet an inch apart. Repeat until all the meat is used
  • Place in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked all the way through
