It can be really hard to get some people to eat veggies. You may even be skeptical yourself as to how to get more veggies in your diet when you hate the way they taste. One way to make taste great is adding a cheese sauce. I have been experimenting with nutritional yeast. It has a nutty flavor that is “cheese” like and makes a great sauce when you add some water. This is a really easy dish to make if you’re in a pinch and do not have a lot of time. I do not have a steamer pan so I use a little bit of water in a large frying pan to steam the broccoli instead.
