- 13.5 oz coconut milk full fat (I like Trader Joes' coconut milk)
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup mixed berries frozen
- 1 cup walnuts
- Bowl mix coconut milk and mix until well mixed, add fruit and walnuts and mix well
