Do you suffer from…
Brain fog or forgetfulness?
Feeling sluggish and have no energy to get through the day?
Irritable, moody, or depressed?
Have high blood pressure and/or cholesterol?
Pre-diabetes or uncontrolled diabetes?
Trying to lose weight but your diet and exercise regimen is not working out?
Do you need caffeine to get through your day?
Dark circles, acne or other skin conditions?
Digestion issues like bloating cramping or overall pain?
There could be more to it than you realize which is why your diet and exercise regimens are just not cutting it.
You could be suffering from a nutrient deficiency!
Nutrient deficiencies lead to shifts in hormones resulting in weight gain, anxiety, depression, fatigue as well as other ailments like hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
In today’s Standard American Diet individuals may not be getting the necessary nutrients which can lead to deficiencies that may keep you from feeling your best.
I work to teach individuals how to add more nutrients to their diet to improve overall health so they can feel their best
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and graduate of Kerri Glassman’s Nutrition School. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University.
I have experience working in the clinical, community, and management setting. I have counseled both in- and out-patients. I work with individuals to meet their nutrition and health goals. I love teaching people about nutrition.
From these experiences I have come to find that I enjoy working to help those who want to feel their best. Using scientific testing I will determine your nutrient deficiencies and hormone imbalance to help rebalance your body and improve your gut health.
I have seven years experience working in the media side of advertising. During this time I had become health conscious and interested in nutrition. What started out as a hobby turned into a labor of love and in 2012, I began to pursue a new career. I was accepted to Montclair State University and two years later obtained a certification in Nutrition.
I completed my dietetic internship with the ARAMARK Distance Learning Internship. I am currently residing in NJ. My passions include nutrition, health, wellness, writing, and music. I have a love for helping people attain healthy lifestyles through positive behavioral changes.
Coming from a corporate environment, I understand the burden of working long hours and trying to maintain a good health and wellness.
I truly believe that taking control of your diet will change your life. It has happened for me and I want to help others make it happen for you
