Chia seeds are an abundance of nutrition. They offer omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants to fight inflammation, minerals, are gluten free, and keep you full with their high fiber content.

- 3 Tbsp chia seeds (I like <a href=“http://amzn.to/2e9q6is” target=”_blank”>Nutiva Chia Seeds</a>)
- 1 cup filtered water
- Take a bowl and add chia seeds then water
- Mix until a thick egg like consistency forms
